Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.
- Operating and maintaining agricultural machinery.
- Assisting with soil preparation and irrigation systems.
- Monitoring plant health and applying fertilizers or pesticides as needed.
- Performing general farm maintenance and repairs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in agriculture or farming is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of agricultural practices and machinery.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques or processes.
